Job Description

About you

As a vital member of our team, you'll be responsible for facilitating the seamless onboarding process for new brands, offering expert guidance through platform setup, account configuration, and customization. Your role extends beyond mere setup, as you'll conduct comprehensive training sessions, empowering brands with the knowledge to navigate our platform's functionalities adeptly. Collaboration is key, as you'll work closely with internal teams to address technical or operational challenges reported by users, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in brand support. Join us in elevating brand experiences and forging lasting relationships with our valued clients.

You'll be able to:

  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new brands, guiding them through the platform setup, account configuration, and customization.
  • Provide training sessions to brands to ensure a smooth transition onto the platform and educating them on the platform's functionalities and features to optimize their experience.
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues or concerns related to the platform, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address technical or operational challenges reported by users.
  • Act as a liaison between users and the product development team, collecting feedback and suggestions to enhance the platform's usability and features.
  • Develop and maintain a library of training materials to support ongoing user education, such as comprehensive user guides, FAQs, and troubleshooting documentation to assist users in navigating the platform independently.
  • Proactively engage with brands and designers to showcase advanced features and functionalities of the platform, offering insights and best practices to help users maximize the full potential of the platform for their specific business needs.

Requirements

  • Advanced level of English - required
  • Strong social skills
  • Bachelor’s degree on Marketing/Business Adm - preferably
  • Previous experience in service positions (i.e. call center background, customer service agent background)
  • Ability to effectively solve problems and make decisions
  • Comfortable working in a culture based on continuous improvement
