The Data Product Manager will drive the Automation, Accuracy & Insights of PUR projects and clients portfolio helping the acceleration of PUR’s growth.
As part of the Data & IT team, you will be the link between the Programs team (commercial), Projects team (field) and the rest of the organization. You will have to ensure that our products and services answer our Clients’ needs and Field needs in the best possible way. Your focus will be to pilot and roll out the product's roadmap.
Your responsibilities will include in a non-exhaustive manner :
- Translating business and user needs into technical requirements,
- Managing the backlog of activities and tracking evolutions,
- Building and presenting a roadmap of the Data Team, setting the prioritization of deliverables alongside the CDO and the Project team.
- Coordinating with internal (project, program, carbon etc) and external (providers and clients) stakeholders to evolve our structure on how to map projects more effectively with regards to data,
- Write the specs and help build dashboards that allow for accurate and easy project monitoring for our internal teams and our clients,
- Organize team updates and Steerco presentations,
- Organize team workflow (we use JIRA),
- Lead Design Thinking dynamics to gather input from teams,
- Conduct internal training on Reporting tools & PowerBI Dashboards,
- Lead the content of the quarterly Data Newsletter with the Data and Marketing teams.
