Preisenergie develops pricing software for energy vendors. We help our customers calculate fair prices for a fully renewable and digital energy system. We model energy prices, simulate millions of alternative prices and choose optimal ones that best fit the goals of our customers (not always profit!). Our prices recover costs of individual consumers' energy consumptions and keep margins low enough to be competitive.
We are a team of eight and we like to celebrate with cake rather than with champagne.In contrast to many PM roles, you’ll be doing (almost) everything along the full value chain of product management.

• Act as a trusted partner to our customers — you understand their processes, anticipate needs, and help them succeed.
• Analyse user needs and collect feedback often via interviews
• Conceive, test and assess new features for our products
• Design wireframes, mockups and prototypes (e.g. with Balsamiq, Figma)
• Interact with developers and iterate together
• Develop communication and sales material and acquire pilot customers and partners for new product lines
• Starting date: ASAP - March 2026 You:
• Have experience with product management/design for web applications. Internships, bootcamps count.
• Speak German well (C1) – we currently focus on the German market
• Are tech-savvy enough to challenge engineers constructively and reason through complexity and development cost; having a related study background is a plus
• Think beyond features: you consider positioning, differentiation, and strategic impact
• Have a track record of delivering exceptional results
• Are resourceful and independent
