Job Description

The Thermodynamics Simulation Engineer will develop physics-based models of building and HVAC components, equipment, assemblies, systems, buildings, and campuses. These models will be used across teams to simulate components and systems of components for validation and testing. Validated models are used by our AI simulation engine to optimize building system control.

Responsibilities:

-Defines & develops fundamental component templates -Manages the component template evolution process -Standardize and validate physics-based models for use by the PassiveLogic control engine for optimized autonomous control of buildings -Work on mathematical equipment models, thermo-physical systems modeling, and building simulation -Participate in both model development and software development
