Neuron is the leading shared e-scooter company in Australia and New Zealand. The Role

A unique opportunity to pioneer in the design of human-AI interfaces that will shape the future of workflow automation. You will work on exciting challenges, push the boundaries of design and AI, and make tangible impacts in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

This is a 6 month project contract role reporting to our Chief Technology Officer in the AI Lab. This project focuses on crafting human-AI web interfaces for workflow automation that requires a creative and innovative designer whom is eager to delve into Artificial Intelligence (AI) and create significant impact.

What you will do:

  • Lead the creation of intuitive and efficient human-AI web interfaces, ensuring they are user-friendly and enhance workflow automation.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design concepts.
  • Work closely with AI researchers and developers to ensure design feasibility and integrate AI technologies seamlessly.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in design thinking and execution to adapt to project evolutions and tight deadlines.

What you will require:

  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin to support our diverse team and user base.
  • Strong background in product or web design, with a keen interest in entering the AI space. Prior experience with AI-driven projects is a plus.
  • Proficient in design and prototyping tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma. Understanding of basic AI principles is desirable.
  • Passion to drive results and ability to meet project milestones.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
  • Ability to work onsite
