We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Director, Operations with experience leading all back office activities of a C&I electricity retailer. This is a full time position that offers the flexibility of hybrid work. As a Director, Operations, you will play a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for ensuring the fulfillment of retail electricity contracts to end use customers and any associated broker commitments. This dynamic and fast-paced position involves working with a multi-functional team, building tools to manage workflows and measure outcomes, and ensuring customers and brokers are served to the highest levels. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in enrollments, transactions, billing, customer service, and broker payments.
