Built to Lead: Commercial Solar Superintendent
Austin, TX | Full-Time | Salaried-Exempt

Freedom Power was born when Freedom Solar and Freedom HVAC joined forces to become Texas's complete whole-house energy company. On the commercial side, we're building large-scale solar projects that reshape how businesses and communities consume energy. We call it Energy Empowerment — and the Commercial Solar Superintendent is the person who makes it real, one job site at a time.
If you've got solar in your bones, a zero-tolerance mindset for schedule slip, and the leadership chops to manage contractors, electricians, and field teams across multiple active sites — this role was built for you. You'll be the primary bridge between the field and the office: setting standards, enforcing quality, solving problems before they become crises, and coaching your teams to perform at the highest level. You'll travel to sites, get your hands into the details, and own the outcome from beginning to final inspection.
