We are looking for a Junior Digital Marketing Manager based in Amsterdam to join our marketing team at Fastned. Together with over 300 colleagues (more than 40 nationalities) across 9+ countries, we have big plans: we are building a Europe-wide network of 1,000 beautiful fast-charging stations where electric drivers can charge their cars with energy from the sun and wind. We believe the transition to emobility is driven by people and hence it’s the opportunity to build our brand now in the minds of people.

⚡️ Your role

As the Jr. Digital Marketing Manager, you will be part of the team responsible for leading our regional digital marketing efforts. Fastned interacts with many target audiences: current and future EV- drivers, municipalities, landowners, investors, fleet owners and future employees. As the digital marketing manager, it is important that you make our brand visible, in a relevant and engaging way for all of the mentioned target audiences. Part of your role is leveraging our own digital touchpoints such as our app & newsletter, website and social media and part of your role will be working plans to build the mental availability of our target audience via paid media. You are part of the Marketing team consisting of local marketing managers in the respective markets & Brand Creative team. You will work hand in hand with our other Digital Marketing Manager and the other departments such as the Product team , PR team, Business development team etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including website, app, newsletter & social media, email, and paid advertising;
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness & loyalty via, customer app registration, newsletter strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
• Analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to track performance, identify trends, and optimize campaigns for maximum effectiveness;
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve our marketing efforts.
