We are excited to add a founding engineering hire to our growing team. Reporting to the founders, the founding engineering hire will be responsible for ideating with the Head of Product and delivering on software solutions to solve homeowners’ deepest points of friction in their electrification journey. We’re looking for someone who is action-oriented, has worked in climate tech or hacked together something for the industry on the side, and has experience at a Seed – Series C startup. Other responsibilities include though are not limited to:

Oversee the software vision and strategy to help homeowners electrify their homes Build new software solution truly from 0 to 1 Oversee the hiring and/or contracting of engineers Collaborate on the ideal customer journey and major points of friction we should address Support growing a scaling company, recommending pivots and feedback along the way Actively perpetuate an inclusive, equitable, collaborative working environment in which psychological safety comes first
