About Us
cove is seeking a passionate and forward-thinking Full stack Engineer who thrives on solving complex technical challenges and is eager to push the boundaries of AI-driven 3D applications. Join cove, the world’s first AI-powered, human-centered architecture firm, and help redefine how architects design, collaborate, and lead in the age of intelligent technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable front-end and back-end systems.
- Work with 3D geometry libraries to create performant, interactive features.
- Integrate AI/ML models into user-facing applications, focusing on geometry, optimization, and design automation.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and AI research teams to bring innovative ideas into production.
- Ensure code quality, maintainability, and performance across the stack.
- Develop and maintain web applications with React, TypeScript, and Node.js/Python.
- Build and optimize 3D visualization components (e.g., Three.js, Babylon.js, WebGL).
- Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and cloud infrastructure.
- Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, in an agile environment.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Bachelor’s or Masters degree
- Intermediate to expert level in Three.js, WebGL fundamentals – 3+ years production experience
- Proficiency in fullstack development.
- Strong knowledge of 3D geometry, computational geometry, or CAD/graphics pipelines.
- Experience with AI/ML model integration into production systems.
- Comfortable with modern React ecosystems: React Three Fiber, Redux Toolkit, Typescript
- Adept in 3D scene optimization, efficient raycasting, memory management, 3d-to-2d projection systems
- Comfortable with HTML Canvas, WebGL, and modern JavaScript features
- Familiarity with DevOps practices (Docker, CI/CD).
- Background in architecture, computational design, or engineering software.
- Experience with 3D modeling and bim formats (dxf, ifc, etc.).
Location:
This is a hybrid position based in Atlanta, GA, with Tuesdays and Thursdays in-person for collaboration, mentorship, and training.
