For a Business Development & Marketing colleague this means the product doesn't just monitor plants — it generates measurable selling points.
You’ll work with product and data teams to translate model outputs into customer stories, sales decks and PowerBI demos, help define KPIs that matter to buyers, and use data-driven evidence to validate go-to-market hypotheses.

You study Business, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Energy / Environmental Engineering, Economics with clean-tech interest, or a related field — and you bring curiosity, structure and a bias for action.

Must-have

• Currently enrolled student (Bachelor/Master) in a relevant field
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking — comfortable with numbers and structured research
• Good communicator in English and German (written & spoken)
• Self-starter mentality and hands-on approach; you like delivering concrete results
• Able to learn tools quickly (e.g. CRM, PowerBI)

Nice-to-have

• Interest or first knowledge in hydrogen, PtX, renewables or industrial energy markets
• Experience with CRM systems and/or data visualization
• Some marketing experience (content creation, LinkedIn, email marketing) or sales support
• Real responsibility in an innovative climate-tech start-up working on global problems
• Exposure to technology (Cloud SaaS & AI) and cross-functional collaboration
