Job Description

We are a team of about 90 employees from a wide range of fields and 12 different nationalities. Diversity, individual development and team spirit are very important to us!We are looking for an enthusiastic working student to support our project management.
Your tasks are in particular:

  • Project work with purpose: You will support our project managers in day-to-day operations - working with our cloud-based software and helping to make buildings more energy-efficient and sustainable.
  • Planning documents at a glance: You view and check technical documents for technical building equipment (TBE) and building automation - and ensure that all relevant data is complete, plausible and correctly recorded.
  • Create digital twins: You set up virtual images of technical building systems and use them to analyze and optimize operating processes.
  • System analysis with impact: You will use our software to analyze BA and TGA systems, detect malfunctions and identify optimization potential - for more efficient, sustainable building operation.
  • Optimization meets practice: You develop concrete proposals for reducing energy consumption, operating costs and CO₂ emissions - and thus bring real impact to our projects.
  • Thinking tech forward: You will be actively involved in the further development of our software solution - and work closely with various teams on smart ideas for the building automation of tomorrow.

    Start your career with us as a working student if you have the following skills:

  • Technology is your thing: You are enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in building or energy technology, mechanical engineering or a comparable degree program.
  • Open to new things: Initial experience with building services engineering or building automation is a plus - but not a must. We will pick you up where you are and help you get started.
  • Time for practice: You have 16-20 hours per week capacity - during the semester break you are welcome to work a little more.
  • Structured and self-reliant: You work independently, maintain an overview and are happy to take on responsibility in ongoing projects.
  • Team player with commitment: You can be relied on - you meet deadlines and are a reliable support in the team.
  • Digital eagerness to learn: You enjoy familiarizing yourself with new tools and software solutions and like to develop yourself further.
  • Strong communicator and confident on the road: With your good German (C1) and English skills as well as your MS Office skills, you are ideally equipped for everyday work. At aedifion, you are an important part of our mission from day one and pull together with us. Want to know what to expect?
