With nearly 90 colleagues from 12 different nations, we combine a wide range of expertise and perspectives to achieve big things together.As Regional Sales Manager France (f/m/d), you will be responsible for establishing our business in France, including developing a largely untapped market and acquiring new customers. You’ll navigate long sales cycles, complex stakeholder structures, and adapt our solutions to fit both the cultural and linguistic context of the French market. You will be our key contact on the ground while staying connected to our international team and structure.
- Market Development: Build a strong network in a largely untapped market. Establish connections with customers, partners, and local stakeholders.
- Customer Acquisition: Win new clients and present our solutions convincingly. Your focus is on building long-term, value-driven partnerships.
- Localization: Adapt our products and services to fit the cultural and linguistic needs of the French market, ensuring local success.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our international team, ensuring seamless communication despite geographic distance.
- Leadership Perspective: In the long term, you will build and lead a local team, with the goal of establishing aedifion as a leading provider in France.
- Experience: At least 5 years of relevant sales experience, ideally in the real estate or PropTech industry. Proven track record in building networks and working with international teams.
- SaaS Sales: You have experience selling SaaS solutions and know how to effectively present and position software products.
- Real Estate & ESG Knowledge: Strong understanding of the real estate industry and ESG topics. You know how sustainability can drive real estate value – and how to turn that into sales success.
- CRM Skills: Confident use of CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot. You apply modern sales strategies and manage client relationships efficiently.
- Communication Skills: You are persuasive, culturally aware, and able to communicate complex topics clearly. You build trust and long-lasting relationships with clients and partners.
- Proactive Sales Approach: You work independently and solution-oriented, with a strong ability to identify new business opportunities. Challenges motivate you – and you tackle them with structure and determination.
- Languages: French is your native language. You also speak fluent English and communicate confidently and professionally in both spoken and written form.
- Make an Impact: Your work helps reduce CO₂ emissions and makes buildings more sustainable and energy-efficient.
