Your challenge will be to coordinate a wide range of stakeholders, reconcile technical and strategic requirements and ensure the efficient operation of sustainable buildings. You are not only a technical contact person, but also a problem solver who develops innovative solutions and exceeds customer expectations. At the same time, you will drive the further development of our processes, tools and products in order to make projects future-proof.

• Responsibility: You take on customer projects independently and support the operational optimization of modern, sustainable buildings.
• Working at the interface: As the central point of contact, you work with partners, developers, asset and facility managers and other stakeholders.
• Project coordination: You manage internal and external projects across team and department boundaries - always with the aim of achieving optimal results.
• Product developmen t: Your feedback on product tests, suggestions for improvement and roll-outs is actively incorporated into the further development of our solutions.
• Communication: You translate complex issues in an understandable way and ensure a transparent flow of information between customers and internal teams.
• Process optimization: By thinking outside the box, you help to continuously improve our processes and tools and make them future-proof.
• Project management: You take responsibility for efficiently managing processes and ensure that all stakeholders are informed at all times.
• P rofessional qualifications: A university degree in buildings technology, energy systems, mechanical engineering or a comparable qualification.
• Experience: At least 3 years of professional experience in technical building equipment (TGA) and ideally in the management of projects.
• Project management skills: Initial experience in the independent coordination of projects or in project management.
• Working style: Responsibility, structured way of working and the ability to work in a dynamic, project-oriented environment.
• T echnical know-how: Knowledge of AMEV 2020 or VDI 6041 is a plus, but not a must - we will support you in your further development.
• Languages: Fluency in German and English is required; French or Polish is a welcome extra.
• Tools: Good MS Office skills; initial contact with Jira, Salesforce or Confluence is an advantage.
