Your role at zolar

• You will support the CEO in all strategic and operational areas and be responsible for a variety of business-critical cross-functional projects.
• You will work directly with our CEO and the management team to gain deep insights into all areas of a start-up with impact.
• You will take on tasks and projects independently in a fast-moving environment.
• You will run the weekly Management Team meeting, including running the agenda, time-keeping, and capturing and following up on actions.
• You will lead all communication with the Board, including the preparation of all presentations to the Board, and support fundraising.

• In the future, zolar will develop you to be able to lead complex cross-org projects and, in the medium term, to take on long-term responsibility for a P&L or unit.

  What you will need to bring

• You work independently, in a structured, detail-orientated manner and act with foresight and in a solution-oriented manner.
• You have a growth mindset - you are willing to learn quickly and move things forward.
• You have an international mindset and have already gained experience abroad.
• You are experienced and confident in using Microsoft Office or Google Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
• You have a very good command of English (C1) and German (C2), both written and spoken.
• You have completed your Masters degree with very good grades - preferably in economics or natural sciences.

• You have 3-5 years of professional experience, ideally in a strategy consultancy or a fast-growing digital company.
