As the Senior Global Brand Manager at Zero Motorcycles, you will champion our brand’s identity and growth, developing and executing strategies that deepen brand equity, foster consumer loyalty, and expand our global footprint. You will collaborate across teams to deliver compelling brand experiences, ensure alignment with our mission, and position Zero Motorcycles as the premier choice in electric motorcycling.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement global brand strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and preference for Zero Motorcycles.
• Serve as the steward of the brand, ensuring consistency and resonance across all channels, touchpoints, and markets.
• Lead the creation and execution of brand campaigns, storytelling initiatives, and integrated marketing programs that highlight Zero’s products, technology, and mission.
• Oversee PR strategy and execution, partnering with the Global PR Manager to maintain media relations, press releases, and crisis communications.
• Direct social media strategy and execution, ensuring brand voice and engagement across all platforms.
• Manage content creation, including editorial calendars, creative development, and production for digital and physical channels.
• Collaborate with digital, product, and sales teams to deliver cohesive brand messaging and experiences.
• Monitor consumer trends, competitive activity, and market dynamics to inform brand strategy and identify growth opportunities.
• Partner with regional teams & distributors to ensure brand integrity and consistent execution worldwide.
• Support go-to-market strategies for new product launches, working closely with product and marketing teams to maximize impact.
• Utilize data and analytics to measure brand health, campaign effectiveness, and inform future initiatives.
• Inspire and guide cross-functional teams, setting clear objectives and fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
