EV space is growing dramatically, with Zero leading in the two-wheel category and a rising star, powertrain supplier to other OEMs electrifying sport and utility vehicles for powersport and industrial applications.
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Business Analyst and Developer to design and develop scalable Salesforce Automotive and Commerce Cloud solutions. This role combines Salesforce business analysis and development while ensuring high-quality data and performance.
This full-time position reports to VP, IT & CIO and will work closely with business, IT, and other stakeholders to design, implement, and support Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions.
- Optimize existing Salesforce configurations and develop new features.
- Participate in solution design and apply best practices.
- Analyze and troubleshoot Salesforce issues.
- Improve Salesforce processes and propose solutions based on Salesforce capabilities.
- Estimate efforts and follow development lifecycle processes.
- Maintain Salesforce documentation.
- Create design documents and develop technical solutions.
- Conduct unit and Integration testing and assist with UAT.
- Ensure best practices in Salesforce architecture, performance, and security.
