We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Global Technical Infrastructure Lead/ Manager to lead our infrastructure, helpdesk operations, and security. The ideal candidate will have a strong IT management background, focusing on supporting the business needs.

Essential Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

• Recruit, train, and mentor IT staff.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.

Security and Compliance:

• Implement and maintain IT security policies and procedures to protect sensitive data.
• Ensure all infrastructure components comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements, maintaining robust cybersecurity measures.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards such as NIST, GDPR, etc.

Infrastructure Management:

• Manage IT infrastructure (network, servers, and storage) design, implementation, and maintenance.
• Ensure the scalability and reliability of network, servers, and storage to support business needs.
• Manage cloud services and virtualization technologies.

Helpdesk Operations:

• Manage the helpdesk team to provide timely and effective support to end-users.
• Develop and implement helpdesk policies and procedures to ensure high-quality service.
• Monitor helpdesk performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.

IT Infrastructure and Security Project Management:

• Manage IT projects related to infrastructure upgrades, security, and new technology implementations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure IT infrastructure and security projects align with business goals.

Vendor and License Management:

• Manage relationships with technology vendors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring service level agreements are met.
• Manage accurate licenses for all hardware and software.
• Optimize hardware and software licenses to reduce cost.

Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity:

• Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans and business continuity strategies to ensure minimal downtime and data loss.
