As a Sr. Software Developer at Zero Motorcycles, you will play a pivotal role in executing our digital strategy, delivering seamless user experiences, and driving technical excellence across web, mobile, and emerging platforms. You will collaborate closely with digital, brand, product, and marketing teams to create best-in-class digital solutions that elevate Zero’s brand and accelerate growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute robust digital solutions across all web and mobile platforms, ensuring seamless user experiences and technical excellence.
• Optimize Zero’s digital ecosystem by building and maintaining high-performance, scalable, and secure applications that maximize engagement and conversion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (brand, product, sales, marketing) to deliver cohesive digital messaging and experiences through technical implementation.
• Support the creation and execution of digital campaigns, product launches, and storytelling initiatives by translating strategic objectives into innovative software solutions.
• Integrate CRM, analytics, and automation tools to enable data-driven engagement and personalized digital experiences.
• Utilize data and analytics to inform development priorities, measure performance, and optimize technical solutions for both short-term and long-term success.
• Partner with regional and global teams to ensure consistent execution of digital plans, maintaining technical integrity and brand standards across diverse markets.
• Ensure all software development efforts are aligned with overall business objectives and deliver measurable results in terms of user engagement, reliability, and scalability.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration, deployment, and support of digital solutions, maintaining alignment with enterprise security standards, infrastructure requirements, and technology best practices.
• Drive innovation in web and mobile development, evaluating and adopting new frameworks, tools, and methodologies to enhance Zero’s digital capabilities.
• Document technical solutions and workflows, contributing to agile development cycles and knowledge sharing across the team.
• Stay ahead of software development trends, competitive actions, and emerging technologies to ensure Zero’s digital platforms remain industry leading, online.

Skills and Attributes

• Knowledge and understanding of common design and interaction patterns utilized in web/mobile/desktop applications
• Enthusiasm to learn about backend technologies
• Superb troubleshooting and debugging skill
• Knowledge of Sketch for wireframing and prototyping interactive digital experiences (Figma, Invision).
