The Financial Operations Administrative role is a new position in our office in Noord-Scharwoude. Together with the team and in alignment with our Financial plans, you take ownership of the daily financial operations, managing the process of invoices and related administration and ensuring full control and compliance of “General Ledger”.

As a financial administrative employee you play a crucial role within our organization. With your knowledge and experience, you are responsible for accurate and timely processing of financial transactions. Daily tasks include maintaining the general ledger, asset register and other demands. You contribute to the monthly closing and other related activities. You work well and successfully both within the team and individually.

We look for someone who can facilitate with a supportive and hands-on attitude the work of AR and AP colleagues and contribute to the accounting accuracy, reliability and communication in EMEA. This includes ensuring the timely and accurate closing of the financial books, working with the US team to adopt and maintain worldwide practices related to Finance and supporting the annual audit, ensuring collections and cash targets are met, and vendors are being properly managed.

This is a full time on-site job with possibility to work one day a week from home. The position reports to our Finance Director EMEA and might have occasional contact with our Financial team in the US.
