Job Description

Zero Motorcycles, a leader and innovator in electric motorcycles and commercial powertrains, incorporates advanced technology, stunning design and commitment to environmental benefits. The EV space is growing dramatically, with Zero a leader in the two-wheel category and a rising star in powertrain applications to other OEMs electrifying sport and utility vehicles for powersport and industrial applications.

As the Director, Global Marketing & Consumer Insights at Zero Motorcycles, you will lead and elevate our brand vision, creating strategies that expand our global reach, foster brand loyalty, and drive growth. You will be responsible for shaping and executing an integrated marketing strategy that encompasses brand, product, digital, and content marketing while positioning Zero Motorcycles as the leader in electric motorcycling. Additionally, you will be instrumental in driving change management, inspiring our team, and ensuring consistent global execution of marketing plans.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that cover the entire marketing funnel, from awareness to conversion, with a strong emphasis on brand storytelling, campaign development and execution, as well as data-driven decision making.
  • Be the advocate for our customers, understanding their needs, preferences, and behavior, and translating insights into actionable marketing initiatives.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of our brand image, ensuring consistency and resonance across all channels and touchpoints, including digital and physical experiences.
  • Oversee the development of a best-in-class digital strategy, including website optimization, content marketing, social media engagement, email marketing and more.
  • Responsible for successful marketing and commercialization of global online shopping.
  • Balance messaging across different channels to drive differentiation and ensure a consistent, compelling brand message.
  • Oversee content creation aimed at elevates Zero’s brand, products, technology and mission.
  • Maintain a keen eye on consumer trends, competitive actions and other external elements that impact the business and marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to ensure consistent global execution of marketing plans, maintaining brand integrity across diverse markets.
  • Collaborate with the product organization to ensure impactful go to market strategy, optimize revenue growth, and support future product innovation.
  • Actively identify and integrate key data and analytics that allow for transparent and informed marketing decisions both short-term and long-term.
  • Lead and inspire a cross-functional team to achieve their business goals through setting clear and measurable objectives, developing their functional and relationship skills, and owning career progression planning for the team.
