Job Description

In the role of Operations Coordinator, you'll be the go-to person for making sure our inspections run smoothly. It's a chance to be right at the heart of what we do, ensuring that our projects not only meet but exceed the high standards our clients expect from us.

Responsibilities:

  • Work within the Operations team to conduct pre-mission planning in a professional and courteous manner and serve as the face of Zeitview to our pilot network and customers
  • Assign and coordinate pilots to ensure safe, on-time flights for our customers
  • Take the lead in recruiting and training new pilots, helping them through our online training program and. setting them up for success
  • Make sure everything's ready for our pilots before they arrive on site, ensuring we deliver our projects on time
  • Tackle any issues that come up on the fly, and make sure our clients receive the the highest standard of quality and service
  • Possess an understanding of drone capabilities, drone + airspace regulations, and follow procedures in Zeitview’s Operation Guidelines.
  • Occasionally work side by side with our Quality Control team to make sure our work maintains the golden standard
  • Deep track of everything with daily reports and updates, using mix of spreadsheets and software
  • Juggle multiple projects, keeping in touch with pilots in the field, and staying on top of their day-to-day challenges
  • Solve problems in real-time and ensure delivery of high quality drone outputs (images, video, etc) to our customers
  • Work directly with internal teams such as Sales, Account Management, Production, and Engineering
  • Provide ad-hoc support to pilots for general inquiries
  • All other durites as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years experience preferred (in project management, field services to large customers, logistics, customer service). Drone Experience and flight license is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Prior work or internship experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Docs
  • Project management skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in English, Portuguese and Spanish; ability to communicate with customers and pilots, and internal teams
  • Interested in technology and the drone space
