Considered Roles:

• Technical Account Manager As ​Technical Account Manager:
• Client support on first and second level
• Guide and assist customers through our product via technical onboarding
• Responsible for maintaining excellent client satisfaction
• 1-2 years of experience as an Account Manager
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Solid understanding of & experience working with SaaS products
• Experience working in a software-, engineering- or product-led organization
• Ability to read, understand and interpret technical data relevant to various stakeholders to drive product development
• Fluency in English (German fluency is a plus!)
• Experience prioritising technical requirements with clients to create a roadmap
