We are growing! Due to this growth, we are looking to add a technical support specialist to our Operations & Management (O&M) team to serve as the front-line point of contact to our end users. The O&M team is largely comprised of employees working in multiple locations across the United States, and you will be there to provide technical support regarding our data collection and reporting systems. You will be responsible for learning, maintaining, and enhancing a variety of O&M technology systems in order to troubleshoot technical issues and implement new software solutions and workflow improvements to help automate processes.

You will work closely with a small, but growing team of IT professionals to achieve business goals related to enhancing responsiveness and providing resolution to staff technology issues.

This position will include occasional travel to our project locations across the country.
