Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you to be responsible for day-to-day operational duties associated with hardware, software and operations of multiple systems. This includes support to end-users, troubleshooting, configuration, and account maintenance. Task management and career development of Support Specialists 1, 2, and Senior Support Specialist. We are open to this position being virtual but you will need to be able to work East Coast hours from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm EST.
