Reporting directly to the Manager Benelux, as a Business Development Representative (BDR) for The Netherlands you will play a vital role in the growth of the already extensive Wallbox partner landscape. You will be a brand ambassador for Wallbox, keeping partners up to date with the latest changes and enhancements to our solutions, upskilling and training to increase sell-through, and closing new sales within existing partner accounts.

Collaborating closely with the dynamic teams in sales and marketing, your aim is to seamlessly roll out strategic initiatives. By boosting awareness not only for Wallbox but also for our valued partners, we're poised to make a significant impact and elevate Wallbox's market presence within the thriving Dutch EV landscape. Location: Amsterdam area

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and implement objectives, strategies, and growth plans to improve short- and long-term sales within Wallbox partners
  • Travel across the Netherlands to visit installation partners, showcasing our latest products.
  • Conduct comprehensive training sessions for the sales teams of our partners.
  • Foster strong relationships through casual meet-ups, to enhance collaboration and engagement.
  • Lead the growth of the Wallbox partner network by identifying and scouting new opportunities
  • Maintaining a clean and organized Salesforce pipeline by logging meetings and findings to inspire the team.
  • Liaise with the Dutch Sales team, to transmit local knowledge and requirements to create new business opportunities
  • Set up, plan, and execute joint marketing initiatives to develop Wallbox brand awareness nationwide (in-store activation, events, training, etc.)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, communication, or marketing
  • Minimum 2+ years’ relevant experience
  • Relevant business development experience with the B2B market
  • Believe in sustainable business and social responsibility
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, experience in partner education, and presenting training are a plus.
  • Autonomous, self-starter, as this role will be prominently field-based
  • Process-driven salesperson, who can identify new business / upsell opportunities in any environment
  • Experience working in a dynamic and collaborative environment
  • Tech-savvy
  • An ambitious and hungry individual who has the desire to grow professionally in line with Wallbox and the EV market
  • Driving license
  • Native Dutch level and written and spoken fluency in English

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience in EV Charging Solutions and/or Distribution channels
