Role Overview

We’re seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Hardware Production Technician to join our warehouse-based manufacturing team. This role involves assembling, wiring, testing, and shipping custom data acquisition kits (Voltlets) that support Voltus' demand response mission. The ideal candidate takes pride in high-quality craftsmanship, follows procedures precisely, and enjoys working on a small team where accountability and collaboration are essential.

Employment for this role will begin with a 90-day probationary period. During this time, performance and suitability for the position will be evaluated.

Work Environment

This is a non-remote, warehouse-based role. The schedule consists of standard 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday. The role involves a steady, process-driven workflow where each build plays a critical role in Voltus’ field performance.
