Elle est soutenue par EIT InnoEnergy, le Groupe IDEC, Schneider Electric, Capgemini et maintenant le Groupe Renault, EQT Ventures, Arkema, Tokai COBEX et FMET géré par Demeter. Verkor va accélérer la fabrication de batteries à faible teneur en carbone en France et en Europe pour répondre à la demande croissante de véhicules électriques - et de mobilité électrique dans son ensemble - et de stockage stationnaire en Europe.
