Job Description
Nous recherchons nore futur.e Juriste Droit Social Senior pour rejoindre notre équipe RH basée à Grenoble.
En tant que tel.le, vous assurez la sécurisation juridique des pratiques RH et sociales de l’entreprise, dans un contexte industriel, multi-sites, multi-populations et en forte structuration.
Rattaché.e au CPO/Head of People Services, vous intervenez en appui des équipes People Services, des DRH de site, de la Direction des Relations Sociales Groupe et des managers sur les sujets de droit social individuel et collectif.
Vous contribuez à la prévention des risques sociaux, à la gestion des situations sensibles, à la préparation et au suivi des dossiers précontentieux et contentieux, ainsi qu’à la formalisation des documents, procédures et accords nécessaires au bon fonctionnement de l’organisation.
Le poste vise à apporter une expertise juridique solide, pragmatique et opérationnelle, permettant de sécuriser les décisions RH, d’accompagner la montée en maturité sociale de l’entreprise et de renforcer la qualité des pratiques internes.
