Company Overview:
Upway is the leading platform for refurbished e-bikes. In 5 years, over 100,000 bikes have been saved from disposal. The company is now expanding in the Netherlands and opening an Upcenter in Amsterdam.

We are looking for talent that joins us on our workshop floor to help with our operations. This requires you to be proactive, show leadership skills, beeing a teamplayer and being able to work fast & diligently.

Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming e-bikes: unpack, check-in, and inspect
• Photograph e-bikes and upload photos to the website
• Pick, pack, and prepare e-bikes for shipment (including boxing)
• Identify process bottlenecks, propose improvements, and implement changes quickly

Additional Information:
This is a physically demanding role that requires daily handling and moving of e-bikes. We need people who are not afraid to tackle daily tasks and think in solutions, not problems.
