The Expansion team’s role is to fuel Upway's fast paced growth by increasing our footprint and growing our processing power to follow double digit growth trajectory. They mainly do this by assessing future capacity needs and matching those by launching new Upcenters and respective teams across Europe in strategically defined locations.

The European launcher builds high performing Upcenters from scratch in record times. This means that he/she oversees warehouse selection, negotiation, entity creation, hiring, process building and general management from 0 to a robust engine that processes +$30M within a 6 month timespan.
