We are Up2You, the Greentech and B Corp-certified startup that enables companies to reduce their impact on the environment. We offset their CO2 emissions and certify their commitment to blockchain. We support sustainable projects with social and environmental impact, capable of capturing CO2, preserving forests, protecting ecosystems, and developing sustainable technologies.

We are looking for a Partnership Manager who will be responsible for researching and evaluating new partnerships, managing and growing the strategic relationship. In this role you will manage partnerships, co-marketing agreements from development to launch and ongoing partner engagement; you will grow these partnerships, meeting key business metrics through various partner programs, marketing, new integrations and other strategies.

In your typical day, you will

  • You will coordinate with the entire marketing team to stay aligned with brand value and the correct tone of voice;
  • You will manage Up2You relationships during events;
  • You will manage the relationship with our partners to provide maximum value;
  • You will identify and implement new partnerships to improve business;
  • You will do business performance reporting and revenue analysis for key partners on a regular basis;
  • You will conduct required research and collect necessary data to complete to support new partners;
  • You will negotiate agreements with partners, including contract renewals;
  • You will provide support for onboarding new partners, including working with internal teams on partner training, communication, and pitching;
  • You will establish a meeting cadence with partners that fits the needs of the relationship;
  • You will maintain direct relationships with partners, proactively solving problems and creating value;
  • You will work with cross-functional teams to develop creative partner or customer activations;
  • You will monitor the competitive landscape to constantly identify new opportunities.

Requirements

We are specifically looking for you if you have

  • 3-5 years of experience in Account Management and/or Partnerships;
  • Strong communication skills at various levels and through a variety of communication channels;
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills;
  • Strong analytical and data-driven skills;
  • Results-oriented: appetite for business impact/execution, strong focus on maximizing opportunities and achieving critical objectives;
  • Self-starter: proactive, take initiative and responsibility and always seek improvement;
  • Excellent organization and time management skills: structure, rigor, attention to detail.
