Job Description

• Support the UK Project Management Team: Assist in various project management tasks to ensure smooth operations and successful project delivery.
• DNO Connection Applications: Complete and submit Distribution Network Operator (DNO) connection applications accurately and in a timely manner.
• Desktop Site Surveys: Conduct desktop site surveys to identify potential locations for Electric Vehicle Charging Points (EVCP).
• Data Quality Management: Review and update internal systems post-installations to ensure data quality and accuracy.
• Permit Validation: Review and validate active site permits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Asset Management: Upload asset stock to the internal system in alignment with installation and project management timelines.
• Adhoc Tasks: Perform additional tasks as required by the UK Team to support overall project and team objectives.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Mindset: Possesses a learner mindset and is a quick learner.
• Project Management: Capable of handling multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Team Player: Thrives in a team environment and is also able to motivate themselves.
