Job Description

In the role of Operations Manager (Maintenance), you ensure the successful operation of our public charging network in Netherlands. To that end, you will develop, maintain and coordinate the ecosystem required to ensure timely compliance with our concession agreements across the country. Additionally, you will ensure process quality by liaising with external and internal partners, local municipalities, and grid operators.
You will become part of the local Sales & Operations Market Unit and play a pivotal in the further growth of our business in the country.

Responsibilities

  • Support the building of our local ecosystem of partners (installation, maintenance and customer support).
  • Establish tools and processes to ensure best-in-class availability and quality of service for our existing charge points.
  • Lead fault / malfunction investigations until resolution.
  • Oversee spare parts procurement strategy.
  • Become focal point for municipalities for operational concerns and requests.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance of our partners with Service Level Agreements and other contractual obligations.
  • Responsible for compliance with Concession Agreements (municipalities).
  • Act as focal point for all NL operational matters and report to ubitricity HQ.
  • Bachelor or Master with at least a secondary vocational education in energy or electrical engineering.
  • Track record in structured problem-solving and reacting quickly and proactively on unexpected events.
  • Demonstrable ability to manage and deliver multiple projects in parallel.
  • Experience in managing contractors.
  • fluent Dutch speaker.
  • Fluency in English. Other languages are a plus.
  • Strong, professional communication skills and ability to report progress to leadership teams using appropriate level of details
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience (incl. project management)
  • Experience with public sector relationship and/or contract management and/or supply chain management is a plus.
  • Experience with troubleshooting EV charging infrastructure (EVSE, firmware, charge point management system...) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with NEN 3140 is a plus.
