Job Description

An Operations Administrator (m/f/x) will support the UK-wide roll out of electric charging points. This role is a full-time role and there will be a requirement to attend our London office on occasion. You’ll be providing vital administrative support to the Operations team and helping facilitate the day-to-day running of our network. You’ll need to be able to build good relationships with third-party contractors as well as our own in-house team. You should be able to work independently and be confident managing a varying workload. You’ll need good IT skills and to be confident in all Microsoft office applications. Your excellent organisational skills will be pivotal to being successful in this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling maintenance activities for in-house staff and contractors
  • Ensuring completed work is logged on the system in a timely manner
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local councils and third-party contractors
  • Analyse and identify trends in availability data and feed this back to the relevant team
  • Assisting the wider operations team with administrative tasks when required
  • Ensure Service Engineer’s trainings are up to date and schedule travel and accommodation for them as required
  • Monitoring and closing customer service tickets within the set SLAs Skills:

  • Excellent organisation skills and great attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Office and has good general IT skills
  • Can develop good working relationships through their communication skills
  • Flexible approach to a varying workload
  • A hard worker who’s comfortable working independently but also as part of a team
  • Feels comfortable reporting to various levels of management including senior management
  • Good report-writing skills Qualifications:

  • Previous administrative experience
  • Educated to A levels/BTEC- preferred but not essential
  • GCSE English and maths at grade C or above
