Job Description

TWAICE provides predictive analytics software that optimizes the development and operation of lithium-ion batteries. TWAICE’s core technology is the digital twin – a software that combines deep battery knowledge and artificial intelligence to determine the condition and predict aging and performance of batteries. This makes complex battery systems more transparent, effective and reliable. As the leading battery analytics software for global players in the mobility and energy sectors, TWAICE is committed to increasing the lifetime, efficiency and sustainability of the products that power the economy of tomorrow.

Working as a Technical SDR at TWAICE means you will be part of a purpose-driven and international team and the first point of contact for our future battery development customers, making you a critical part of the organization.

  • Identifying and targeting OEMs and other relevant prospects in the battery cell simulation and development via cold outreach, social media and events with a focus on the US market
  • Evaluating prospect’s needs and demonstrating the value of TWAICE battery analytics
  • Building pipeline, qualifying early-stage opportunities and driving new business for our battery development target accounts
  • Developing and implementing creative outbound lead generation strategies
  • Collaborating with direct sales, marketing, solution engineering and customer success departments by providing innovative content and lead generation ideas
  • Consistently achieving, monitoring and reporting on key KPIs
  • Knowledge of battery technology/battery cell development/battery simulation processes is a must
  • Ability to understand the language of battery and cell engineers and the passion to communicate with them over the phone, email or at in-person events
  • University degree in the field of chemical engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, power engineering, physics, chemistry or a comparable field
  • Doer – you take ownership and are a self starter creating and implementing new ideas
  • Solution over problems kind of a person – addressing problems is good, finding a way to solve them is even better
  • Team player who loves collaborating with cross – functional and regional teams
  • A strong work ethic and an eagerness to learn and grow within TWAICE
  • Resilient, sales oriented and target driven
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, both face-to-face and in writing
  • You feel comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment If you find yourself wondering whether to apply or not because your profile does not match our description 100%? We are more than happy to receive your application - for us, motivation, and drive to succeed can be worth more than matching all the listed qualifications.

The one hard requirement is the understanding of battery technology/battery cell development/battery simulation processes. Our compensation package is built on three parts: In addition to a competitive salary, you will participate directly in the success of TWAICE and receive virtual company shares (VSOP). In addition, we want to ensure that you can continuously develop personally and professionally and that you feel comfortable with us, and therefore we offer you a wide range of other benefits:

  • A training budget 2000€/year and further training possibilities within the company
  • Free access to a tool of your choice: Skillshare or Coursera
  • Subsidized access to gyms via a Gympass membership - not only for you, but also for your family and friends
  • Monthly home office compensation
  • Flexible working hours and flexible home office. You decide when and where you work. We provide you with state-of-the-art IT hardware.
  • 401 (k) savings plan
  • Health insurance
  • 15 vacation and 5 sick days
  • A high degree of personal responsibility, creative freedom and opportunities
  • A strong team culture with regular team events and off-sites (Summer and Christmas party, at least one big off-site, Oktoberfest event) Would you like to find out more about TWAICE as an employer? Then take a look at Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn or Kununu.
