TIER Mobility is Europe’s leading shared micro-mobility provider, with a mission to Change Mobility for Good. By providing people with a range of shared, light electric vehicles, from e-scooters to e-bikes and e-mopeds, powered by a proprietary Energy Network, TIER helps cities reduce their dependence on cars. Recently we have closed a financial transaction to merge with Dott. Together we create the European champion of shared micro-mobility, with revenues of €250m, supporting over 125M trips a year in more than 20 countries. Following this closing, teams across TIER and Dott will be progressively integrated. There has never been a more exciting time to join this ride!

DEINE AUFGABEN

• Du übernimmst die Lagerleitung und koordinierst die Schichtplanung und Aufgabenverteilung unserer Fahrer
• Du bereitest die Schichten Deines Teams vor und kümmerst Dich dabei für das Batterie-, Schlüssel- und Fahrzeugmanagement
• Du bist der erste Ansprechpartner für unsere Fahrer und Notfallkontakt für unsere Kunden
• Du behältst die Performance Deiner Stadt im Blick, berichtest an die Standortleitung und unterstützt diese im Recruiting Eures Teams

DEINE QUALIFIKATIONEN

• Du konntest erste Berufserfahrung in der Logistik, Lagerverwaltung oder ähnlichem sammeln
• Du bist selbstbewusst, ein absoluter Teamplayer und hast idealerweise bereits ein kleines Team geleitet
• Du bist ein Organisationstalent und scheust dich nicht davor, auch mal mit anzupacken
• Du kennst Dich mit den Grundlagen der Schichtplanung und Excel aus
• Du sprichst Deutsch (mind. B2) und Englisch (mind. A2)
• Du hast einen gültigen Führerschein der Klasse B
