• You are responsible for the digital services and customer support in our Partner Portal for our customers from Italy.
• You will create, define and consolidate FAQs linked to the Partner Portal in Italian.
• You will integrate it into our CRM to promote self-help for our members and provide them with improved support.
• You will manage and structure documentation according to internal and external specifications.
• Depending on your experience and knowledge, you can take on other tasks with a focus on Customer Care.
• You are an enrolled student in a commercial or technical field with fluency in Italian and good English language.
• You have a good understanding of the end-to-end customer journey.
• You have in best case good knowledge with a CRM or ERP system.
• You are strongly customer oriented, have good communication skills and also being very good self-organized.
