The Megafactory Training Team is looking for a highly motivated individual to support training needs in Lathrop, CA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating new hire training for all our Lathrop new hires as well as providing ongoing training for existing team members. They will need to be knowledgeable and have hands on experience in a production environment. This will be a hands-on, lineside role in a manufacturing factory environment. The successful candidate is flexible, confident, and can communicate with different levels of the organization (associate, technician, managers, engineering, etc.) to achieve training targets and goals. You will be expected to challenge and to be challenged, to create, and to innovate. These jobs are not for everyone, you must have a genuine passion for producing the best products in the world.
