As a Technical Trainer, Energy Operations, Residential you will be responsible for advancing the industry workforce to adopt leading technology in Energy storage, vehicle charging, and solar generation.
This person will lead the direction of education initiatives, delivering necessary improvements and new programs, that directly impact industry professionals. Success means providing outcomes that result in superior customer onboarding with Powerwall, Solar Roof, Solar Panels, and Electric Vehicle (EV) Wall Connectors.
Ideal candidates are eager to face difficult challenges, proactively seek out peer feedback, and willing to make programmatic decisions rooted in results.
