Join Tesla Megafactory and make history with us. As a Senior or Staff Technical Program Manager, you will be a key technical member responsible for driving collaboration across various cross-functional teams to deliver and execute Industrial Energy Storage product change management to the factory. This includes supporting Engineering prototype A and B build phases by providing operations support, managing validation trial requests, and ramp planning. You will lead the C and D build phases, overseeing core team leadership, program scheduling, build plans, materials coordination, build execution, allocation management, and issue tracking. Additionally, you will lead and mentor peers and direct reports, supporting their personal and professional growth, while ensuring changes to sustaining products are implemented with minimal disruption to production flow. You will need to understand available resources and allocate them effectively, recognize how decisions in one area affect other departments and operational goals, track details, and manage actions to closure, all while ensuring cross-functional team adherence to NPI processes and procedures.
