The Sr Litigation Counsel Benelux will be a part of Tesla’s EMEA legal team working on all legal matters in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, ranging from litigation and consumer law matters, commercial contracting and regulatory compliance.

The focus for this role will be on work in the Benelux region. In this region, you will handle legal disputes and advise the business on commercial matters such as sale and purchase contracts, general terms & conditions as well as regulatory compliance. The role is based in Amsterdam.
