The Drive System Engineering team is looking for a world class engineer specialized in tribology modeling and EIBD (Electrical Induced Bearing Damage) analysis through analytical simulation and engineering testing. In addition, individual is expected to further optimize existing tribology based lubrication and gearbox models of Tesla drive unit, but not limited to, and apply it to assist future design projects.

This position within the Drive Systems Engineering teamwork side by side with engineers to support the development of our world class drive units. Projects can be open-ended, and the individual must strive in a challenging environment.

This is a non-traditional role as candidate is expected but not limited to lead and work collaboratively with existing team members on the following process.
