Job Description
The Sr. Claims and Quality Specialist is responsible for the handling of freight claims, seamless liaison between Tesla and our partners, translation of trends into actions, and driving force behind quality improvement. You will be part of the Logistics Claims, Quality & Compliance team, this team is responsible for ensuring quality compliance within our logistics operations. You will aim to ensure our freight claims are diligently investigated and settled following our standards. In addition, you analyze gaps in our processes and systems and work on projects to bridge them.
You excel at processing large quantities of data to maximize the recovery of pursued claims and reduction of new influx through quality measures. You are a true team player, can understand the needs of our stakeholders and translate them into actionable logistics operations.
