The Analytics team is focused on building the reporting necessary to measure key performance indicators for Tesla’s Sales Organization and increasing efficiency for the teams through data & analytics. The Analyst will work on designing interactive dashboards to increase the team’s productivity and promote data awareness throughout the organization.

The Sales Analyst will also be tasked to provide proactive analyses helping to drive sales campaigns, sales programs and informed business decisions. They should act as a strategic advisor, ultimately helping sales leadership to identify and overcome challenges thereby helping to enhance the productivity of Tesla’s sales organization.

The Analyst must be data-driven, and performance excellence focused with the ability to clearly communicate actionable insights to the sales management teams using data. Ideal candidates have experience in strategy and optimization, strong interpersonal and presentation skills, and a passion for quantitative optimization problems.
