Tesla Insurance supports Tesla’s mission aiming to reduce the cost of ownership of our vehicles, by minimizing insurance cost and establishing a feedback loop to the OEM, while improving the end-to-end customer experience. This role is pivotal to ensuring that leadership has an in-depth understanding of drivers of the business outcomes, operational processes and areas of potential improvements. A successful candidate will be able to approach reserving and claims analytics from first principles and partner with the rest of the business to identify key drivers of results. A strong candidate will be able to present these findings to leadership to help make tactical and strategic decisions.
