Job Description
Tesla Gigafactory New York is looking for an experienced Quality Leader for our Energy Business. In this role you will build a world class quality team and process to enable Tesla to deliver safe and reliable stationary energy storage solutions to drive the mission to accelerate the world’s transition towards sustainable energy. This is a dynamic position where you work in partnership with Quality Engineering and Production, to assure products and processes to be built right first time, and continuously improve them to meet Customer expectations and profitability goals.
The Manager provides hands-on support, leadership, and direction to their direct reports, and takes pride in their hands-on and analytical abilities, organizational skills and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have a track record of significant achievements, tremendous drive, and a willingness to roll up their sleeves.
