Tesla is looking for highly motivated engineering supervisors to manage the shift teams of technicians for the Cell Manufacturing Quality Analytical Lab. The lab performs routine quality testing and support failure analysis processes for our cutting-edge Tesla battery cell manufacturing program. In this role you will work closely with lab technicians under the guidance of lab manager to perform material analysis with the highest standards of safety, quality, and output. In addition to people management, the engineering supervisor will perform quality lab tests and create a culture of continuous improvement in the lab. The person for this role must exhibit the knowledge, leadership, and drive needed to not only challenge the status quo, but also define and execute the optimal path forward. The work environment is demanding, fast-paced and incredibly exciting. The ideal candidate should be ready to push their limits, as they join in highly motivated and capable team.
