Job Description
This Production Supervisor on A shift will report to an Associate Manager of Model Y Body and will be responsible for meeting Production demand for the line by addressing bottlenecks, balancing manpower and developing countermeasures on quality and equipment issues. The Production Supervisor provides hands-on support, leadership, and direction to their direct reports including Technicians, Leads and Associates. The successful candidate for this position takes pride in their hands-on and analytical abilities, organization skills and attention to detail. This Supervisor appreciates an environment where superior work is encouraged, noticed and rewarded.
Must be flexible to work the following shifts:
A: 6:25AM - 6:30PM; Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and every other Wednesday
