Job Description
Tesla’s Materials Engineering team is seeking a Polymer Materials Engineer with a strong focus on thermoplastics and melt flow simulation (e.g., Moldflow) to help accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of materials science and cutting-edge product development. In this role, you will serve as a subject matter expert on thermoplastic materials across Tesla’s operations, supporting material selection, development, validation, and process optimization. You’ll use a process-structure-properties approach to solve complex problems and lead projects from concept to implementation.
